OVERVIEW

The 2019 7th Annual Revision Hip & Knee Course is intended for orthopaedic surgeons who have ample experience in primary arthroplasty and now want to become more proficient in revision procedures.

This highly interactive, hands-on course features expert faculty, who will share the knowledge, principles, and skills necessary to evaluate arthroplasty patients who have pain, fracture, infection, instability, bone loss, and implant failure. You will learn how to determine an appropriate treatment course, identify potential pitfalls, and either work up and refer or perform revision surgery when indicated. You will also receive solid hands-on training in revision procedures during the bioskills labs included with your registration for the course.

PHYSICIANS: Participation in the bioskills lab sessions is included in the cost of registration.

 

RESIDENTS: Residents attending the 2019 7th Annual Revision Hip & Knee Course may NOT participate in the bioskills lab sessions.

 

FELLOWS: Fellows who would like to participate in bioskills lab sessions need to contact spadien@icjr.net. An application will need to be completed and a cadaver lab fee of $250 will be assessed.

Fellows canceling their bioskills lab participation after March 5, 2019, will receive a refund less a $50 administrative fee.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notification must be in writing (email info@icjr.net) and received by the close of business on March 5, 2019. A cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed. Cancellations received after March 5, 2019, will not receive a refund. No‐shows will not receive a refund.

ICJR reserves the right to cancel this program due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund of registration fees will be given to participants. ICJR will not be responsible for travel expenses incurred by the participant in the unlikely event that the Program is canceled

Individual Deposit & Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.  The hotel will not refund the deposit fee for participants who need to cancel due to emergencies that may arise on the day of arrival.  Attendees will pay their own room, tax, and incidentals incurred by them at the Hotel.  At the time of check-in, guests with payment methods of credit card will have credit authorized for estimated charges.  Guest with payment method of cash or check will be required to pay for their estimated charges.
