The patient is a 53-year-old female with right hip osteoarthritis. She had previously undergone a hip arthroscopy that Dr. Matta says was not successful primarily because she has a slightly dysplastic hip. Her right leg is shorter than the left leg, and she has a short valgus femoral neck.
