The Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah is the official hotel of the ICJR 2010 Meeting. The conference will take place at the Canyons Grand Summit Hotel & Conference Center.

The Canyons Resort, in Park City, Utah, offers four signature hotels all conveniently located slopeside.
A limited number of rooms have been reserved at The Canyons Grand Summit Hotel, Sundial, Silverado, and Escala Lodges.

*Above rates are based on a 3-night minimum stay in the Sundial or Silverado Lodge and a 4-night minimum stay in the Grand Summit. These rates are based on single/double occupancy and are exclusive of the 15.85% occupancy tax.
Deposit: Two nights lodging is due at time of booking the reservation. Final payment is due (30) thirty days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 30 days of arrival are required to pay in full at time of booking.
Cancellation: Reservations must be cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeit charges. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival forfeit the entire amount. No refund for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or downgrades.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
ICJR has negotiated special rates for your transportation to and from Salt Lake City Airport and The Canyons. The Canyons Resort is located 45 minutes from Salt Lake International Airport. ICJR has negotiated reduced rates for attendees with All Resorts Express.
Shared Van Shuttle - $32.00 adults / $22.00 children 11 and under each way
Private Sedan - $130.00 each way
Private SUV - $165.00 each way

SKIING
All hotels are conveniently located slopeside at The Canyons Resort.
The slopes are open from 9am to 4pm - 7 days a week.
The Canyons Resort is offering a 20% discount on equipment rentals at Canyon Mountain Sports.
Additional lift tickets may be purchased at the ICJR group discounted rate upon arrival at The Canyons Resort.
