The conference fee includes the opening and closing receptions, breakfast and 2 breaks everyday.
Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are refundable less a $50 processing fee before December 15, 2009. Refund requests must be received in writing, on or before December 15, for a refund. Refunds will not be issued after December 15, 2009.
