At ICJR, we understand that you want to educate as many clinicians as possible about the benefits of your product and have developed opportunities for you to reach surgeons outside of your exhibit space. Research shows that 85% of physicians are more likely to visit the booth of a sponsoring company, and product familiarity more than doubles compared to non-sponsoring companies. ICJR has developed a variety of sponsorships to increase your interaction with attendees, maximizing your impact and resulting in brand reinforcement.
EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
We know how important it is for surgeons to have access to cutting edge information. At ICJR's annual live event, we’ve developed a one-stop-shop for surgeons to learn about the latest treatments available. Our exhibit floor gives surgeons an intimate environment to meet with sales reps, participate in product demonstrations, and attend workshops.

| Wednesday, January 27: | 6AM-11AM; 3:30PM-7PM |
| Thursday, January 28: | 6AM-11AM; 3:30PM-7PM |
| Friday, January 29: | 6AM-11AM; 3:30PM-7PM |
*Times are subject to change based on the final program agenda.
Exhibitors may access the exhibit hall one hour prior to opening and remain 30 minutes after the close each day. All exhibits must be staffed during open hours.
Application deadline for exhibits is Monday, November 30, 2009.
Exhibit Space Information & Fees
A standard 8' tabletop booth space will include the following:
- 8' Skirted table
- Waste Basket
- Exhibitor listing in program material
| 8' x 4' = | $ 3,500 |
| 16' x 4' = | $ 6,000 |
| 24' x 4' = | $ 8,000 |
The maximum number of booth spaces that can be purchased are 3 booths per company.
Payment
Payment in full for the contracted space must be forwarded with the Sponsor & Exhibitor Application. The balance must be paid by Monday, November 30, 2009.

Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations received in writing by Monday, November 30, 2009 will be subject to a 25% administrative fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after November 30, 2009. If 100% of agreed upon fee is not received by November 30, 2009, the application is subject to cancellation.
